These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Royal Custom Packaging and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site or place an order. If you're ordering on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm you're authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
We try to keep product descriptions, images, and pricing accurate and current, but errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or listing error, cancel affected orders, and refund any payment already made, even after an order has been confirmed. Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise and don't include shipping, taxes, or duties unless noted.
Because most of our products are custom-made to your specifications, we'll typically send a digital proof for your approval before production begins. You're responsible for carefully checking the proof — text, colors, dimensions, and artwork placement included. Once you approve a proof, we're not responsible for errors that were already present in the approved version, and production starts only after we receive that approval.
A few things worth knowing about custom orders:
Placing an order is an offer to buy on your part, and a contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation email. Even after that point, we may still refuse or cancel an order for reasons including product or material unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or problems with your payment. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll issue a full refund for it.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. For custom orders, we may require full payment upfront, or a deposit with the balance due before production or shipping, as specified on your quote or order confirmation. You confirm that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use that payment method.
Shipping times shown on the Site or quoted to you are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by production schedules, carrier delays, customs, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once an order is handed to the shipping carrier. For orders shipped outside the United States, you're responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country, and for delays caused by customs clearance.
Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we generally can't offer a return or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you approved. Full details are in our separate Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms — please review it before ordering.
Everything on the Site — text, graphics, logos, product designs, and templates we create — belongs to Royal Custom Packaging or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content or templates for commercial purposes without our written permission.
If you upload artwork, logos, or designs for your personalized packaging, you confirm that you own that content or have the right to use and reproduce it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. By submitting artwork, you grant us permission to reproduce, adapt, and print it solely to produce and fulfill your order. We may remove or decline to print any content that violates these Terms, and may disclose it where required by law or necessary to protect our rights or others' safety. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from content you submit, including claims that it infringes a third party's intellectual property.
You agree not to use the Site to: break any applicable law; infringe someone else's intellectual property or other rights; upload viruses or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with the Site's normal operation; or resell our products or services to others without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Custom Packaging isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your order. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
You agree to indemnify and hold Royal Custom Packaging, its officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claim or demand — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit to us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. without regard to conflict-of-law principles, regardless of where you access the Site from. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your order will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted here with a new "Last Updated" date. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
